Founder of In My Hands - Massage & Bodywork
A second-generation massage therapist, Kara began learning the importance of bodywork and self-care before reaching her teen years. As a licensed massage therapist, that experience shines through. She offers a variety of services in her practice including Maya Abdominal Massage, Prenatal Massage, Postpartum Massage, and Reiki.
She offers her expertise as an educator for the Therapeutic Massage program at Ivy Tech Community College in Bloomington, IN, and elsewhere within her community.
