First-time clients: please arrive early to complete necessary intake and get acquainted with your therapist.

Once you are left alone in the treatment room, you may undress to your discretion and situate yourself under the top sheet and/or blanket provided on the table. Please be comfortable.

If you've booked a 'Just the Stretches' session, please wear comfortable clothing with a stretchy fit or something you might usually wear to work out. Yoga attire is perfect.

If you've scheduled a 'Compression Session' a comfortable pair of pajamas would be totally acceptable for wear as this service can be enjoyed fully clothed.

Massage is recommended at least once a month - once a week is not uncommon for some. Nobody knows what you need better than you do. Massage should be performed when you feel it's needed.

It is recommended that a 48-hour grace period be visited between services when moderate to deep pressure has been administered, so as not to tax the nervous system. Please allow for 24 hours between light Swedish or relaxation massage. Adequate time between sessions is necessary for adjustment, healing, and restoration.

For troublesome issues, depending on your condition and desired therapeutic effect, we may recommend a series of treatments and can provide a schedule to fit those needs.

We cannot give you a medical diagnosis for any ailment you might be suffering. We can refer you to a health-care professional or specialist, on request.

Massage is not meant to be utilized as substitution for doctor's care. It should always be used to bring calm relaxation, help balance homeostasis, or enhance medical treatment as a complementary therapy.

​You don't need to be in pain or suffering angst as a reason to seek massage therapy. Requesting massage for the sake of enjoyment is encouraged and perfectly acceptable. ​​​
